I just heard that CNC has closed its doors. They did not sell to another company. If you have CNC pedals, you might want to order a rebuild kit ASAP. I called several places this morning, and only Kartek had any left.

honestly i'm surprised this happened sooner to many companies with the explosion of sxs's. your right get the rebuild kits now. i personally run willwood master cyl's. speedway is on the way home and i get diff pedal ratio's to choose from. not as nice looking but can't see mine anyway. so has neil gone out of buisness too?

From their site
By the Grace of God, we have been blessed with operating this business for 34 wonderful years. It hasn’t always been a picnic, but we have treasured this experience and the gift of working together as a family.
Unfortunately, time relentlessly marches on and the season has come for us to retire. We have closed and we have chosen not to sell our business.
We would like you to know how very grateful and blessed we are to have had you as a customer. We so very much appreciate your loyalty and dedication to us and our brand over the years. CNC was successful because we had great customers like you.
All our best to you and yours. May your endeavors be as rich as ours.

Either no buyers or the tax hit is less just closing the doors

I just set my pedals up on my work bench to make them look like new and rebuild them if necessary. I hope they just need cleaned up and not rebuilt.

I may be totally wrong on this but I'd bet internal parts are off the shelf, generic items.
