You better check length at full bump and droop also . Just to make sure. Some of these things design has a ton of plunge.

If I cycle the rear suspension from full droop to full bump it only changes the length by less than 1/8".
See you all duneside.😎🤙

COOL!. Ds was talking to some people in the buggy building business a while back and they were amazed that we are able to design these things with zero to 1/8 inch plunge. If I recall correctly they couldn't believe it. Good job!!

Thanks Fabr, But I can't take all of the credit.  With a-arms it's not too hard to do, especially when you have thousands of dollars worth of 3D para solid CAD software at your disposal.  After I modeled the Edge's design with Auto Desk's Inventor, I could put the a-arms through their motion to check plunge.  Tony, at the Edge, did a pretty good job of getting it close with the Edge plans.  I only altered it a tiny bit with a slightly different rear upright.
See you all duneside.😎🤙

It's not hard to do. Hell a piece of paper or drawing on the floor will accomplish the needed changes. None of us really need CAD to get a arms right. Why doesn't tony make the changes to his plans? Seems like that would be the right thing to do with some of the design deficiencies we have had reported.

Why is it that the Edge stuff is so popular and quite successful when it is shown time and time again that Tony will say/design stuff that's just a little bit incorrectly designed and then never correct it when pointed out? I just don't understand that. Why are the known problems not addressed? Am I wrong in thinking this?

I wonder on that myself.

As for the comment I made on Edges site, That was 3 years ago and I was quoting what Tony had said before I had mine that I bought from Edge.

You will be hard pressed to get me to give Edge a good comment these days. And Im not alone!
