Bird I haven't got to run mine yet because it is not finished but here are what mine look like, they are made of .120 wall mild, sorry not as nice as yours but I was wondering if you had any pictures of the bending area as I would like to learn from
this and make improvement to mine before paint.

The bends circled in yellow are your problem.  with those in there you have a four sided shape and four sided shapes are not stable.  You need triangles  both horizontal and vertical.  if you replace the bent tubes with the blue line I drew in it would be a lot more stable and then maybe some webbing or something from the lower bars on one sid to the upper bars on the other.

the blue line is supposed to be straight, not all crooked like I drew it. ;D

Hirev...I like your design looks pretty stout. 455 I can see where yours would cause a problem, if they were boxed in or braced, you may not've had the bends...so to speak. I need to look into mine now 'cause I'm unsure of the design!

I use 1-1/4 .120 moly for my suspension. Also a plate connecting the two upper tubes would help a ton and you can mount your shocks to it if you want. I bought these arms from a friend and did my own plating and gussets to them. To cheap to pass up and saved me a bunch of work.
Its better to be a smartass than a dumbass!

Boost you nailed it the yellow circle is where it bent I think on the drivers side. My left wheel is tipping in on the top and giving the CV more angle on the outboard side. Do yours or all you use cro-mo or just DOM?

rather than starting over, could you just cut those tubes off and put straight ones in like in punkur's pic?

curves in the tubes are ok, but they have to be placed right at the end of the tube.  when you put them in the middle of the tube, they are more likely to continue to bend when stressed.

The only plating I have is on the top and bottom where the tubs connect to the carrier, what about the curves on the outboard tube where it connects to the carrier marker in red

if you replace the other ones with straight tubes then that bend would be the next weak link, but plating the top or bottom or both would help to stabilize the bend.

Those bends are for tire clearance?  If you did like Boostin said then the tubes would be close together for a ways, and easily plated, until they went their seperate ways.
