Title: Front hubs
Post by: Punkur67 on October 19, 2008, 03:32:41 PM
Im looking for a set of front hubs for my car. I have linkpin style spindles and dot want to fork out $300 for an aluminium set. I was thinking about turning the drum off a set of front drums. Anybody have anything around or know of a good source. Im running wide 5 wheels.

That is what I used for my rear hubs on my streetbike powered car.

I would rather have some nice aluminium ones but I think I am going to be machining a set of drums down.

Not that talented. I have limited access to machining tools and am not that good at using them. I can do small stuff like turn off the drum. I wish I were more talented.

I have several 4 on 4 aluminum hubs and brake disks that fit them. They are Formula Cross hubs. I am changing the pattern to 5 on 4.5 so I won't be using them.
