A Little Slice of Heaven

Stopped by LS on the way back from Okla City to mow and hit the dunes a bit. It was windy ,I was the only person in the park except for 2 guys changing light pole bulbs in Cowboy. It was like the first run across a lake before anyone else screws it up. Smooth as a babies butt . Pure bliss.

Tuesday 12/3/19 was another perfect day having LS all to myself!!! This is a habit that's going to be hard to break. I LOVE not having to look out for dune morons. :m

glad to hear and i know exactly what you speak of lol.

when i have arrived on a tues in the past, it has been a ghost town on the dunes. i love that! no speed limits, not idiots to watch for and for the most part those trips ( years ago) had smooth sand even.  prob 5 or 6 trips ago i showed up first to cowboy and i was the 2nd camper in the entire campground and that includes the one by the gate as well as cowboy.

No one is manning the gates Mon -Wednesday for now . I WAS going to buy a yearly pass but..................WHY????
